Returns for Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us via email at brackishwooder@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
To process your return, we require a photo of the damaged item along with your proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
