Pro Cornhole Boards - Custom Design Request

American Cornhole League (ACL) Approved Dimensions
¾" baltic birch plywood decks with 1/4” round over; 1/2” rounded radius on corners (to prevent bag damage)
¾” marine grade plywood frames; approx. 3/4” inset from deck, with double center support braces
undermount hidden pocket hole construction, w/ glue
⅜” carriage bolts for legs (w/ nylon insert lock nuts)
Legs - double layer of ¾” marine grade plywood w/ cross brace for added rigidity; foldable into frames; rubber feet to reduce “walking”
Built in handles
Fully custom designs available; direct print (this means that the deck can be refinished multiple times for many years of consistent playability); designs requiring any amount of white ink will have a $10 printer surcharge
Deck top and sides are sealed with proprietary Armor Clear Coat; highly damage resistant and more consistent play compared to water-based polyurethane
Design time for custom boards is charged at $30/hr for the 1st hour, then $50/hr thereafter
Not recommended to be left outside; not waterproof
Add a built in scoreboard to the back brace; uses numbered holes with golf tees to keep score as you play; only available for the Pro Model ($30)
