Brackish Wooder Cornhole Boards are built to ACL-approved dimensions, except for the tailgate model. They all have ¾" plywood decks with 1/4” round over and 1/2” rounded radius on corners to prevent bag damage. The legs fold into the frame for easy storage and transportation. All designs are UV resistant direct printed and sealed with a proprietary Armor Clear Coat that is highly damage resistant and provides more consistent play compared to water-based polyurethane.
CLASSIC BACKYARD MODEL - this model is made from CNC-cut ¾" white birch plywood decks with 1x4" pine frames. The legs are made from single ¾" pine supports. The legs are inset approximately ¾" from the deck and are attached using ⅜" hex bolts with wingnuts for easy tightening. This game set is not recommended to be left outside as it is not waterproof.
PRO MODEL - these cornhole boards are made with CNC-cut ¾" Baltic birch plywood decks and ¾” marine-grade plywood frames. The legs are double-layered ¾” marine-grade plywood with a cross brace for added rigidity, and rubber feet to reduce "walking." Built-in handles make it easy to carry and store the boards. Please note that these boards are not waterproof and are not recommended to be left outside. For an additional $30, you can add a built-in scoreboard to the back brace, which uses numbered holes and golf tees to keep score as you play.
X-FACTOR TOURNAMENT MODEL - these cornhole boards are made with CNC-cut ¾" Baltic birch plywood decks and ¾" marine-grade plywood frames. The decks have a 1/4" round-over and a 1/2" chamfered radius on the corners, and the frames are inset from the deck by approximately 3/4". The boards have full-length interlocking support braces with a coupler in the middle, which locks the braces together and provides complete support to eliminate any bounce from the bags. The patent-pending design is by WGC. The legs are made of three layers of ¾" marine-grade plywood with a cross brace for added rigidity, and have built-in handles. The deck top, sides, underside, and components are sealed with a proprietary Armor Clear Coat. Rubber feet on the legs and frames prevent the boards from "walking" while playing. These boards are not recommended to be left outside and are not waterproof.
Waterproof PVC Model - CNC cut ¾" Waterproof PVC Tops; ¾” Waterproof PVC Side Frame Boards; approx. 3/4” inset from deck, with double parallel support braces (braces run the length of the board from top to bottom); ⅜” carriage bolts for legs (w/ nylon insert lock nuts); Legs - triple layer of ¾” PVC w/ cross brace for added rigidity; foldable into frames; rubber feet to reduce “walking”; These boards can be left outside, because they are built using waterproof PVC, so water damage is not an issue. Perfect for beach houses, rental properties, bars, pool side use, or if you know that you just tend to "forget" to put them away all the time!
TAILGATING MODEL - this cornhole board set is perfect for tailgating, camping, beach parties, or anywhere where lightweight boards would be advantageous. It has a 36"x18" dimension and a 4.5" hole. The CNC-cut 3/4" Baltic birch plywood decks and 3/4" marine-grade plywood frames are approximately 3/4" inset from the deck. The legs are 3/4" marine-grade plywood that fold into the frames. They use 3/8" hex bolts with wingnuts for easy tightening. The boards can be used with regulation 6" bags or custom 4" bags. They are not recommended to be left outside and are not waterproof.
