Mini Cornhole Boards - Custom Design

12”x24” dimensions w/ 4” hole (*Not ACL approved dimensions)
¾" baltic birch plywood decks with 1/4” round over; 1/2” rounded radius on corners (to prevent bag damage)
¾” marine grade plywood frames; approx. 3/4” inset from deck
undermount hidden pocket hole construction, w/ glue
⅜” hex bolts for legs (w/ wingnuts for easy tightening)
Legs - ¾” marine grade plywood; foldable into frames
Fully custom designs available; direct print; not a vinyl wrap (this means that the deck can be refinished multiple times for many years of consistent playability); any designs requiring any amount of white ink will have a $10 surcharge
Deck top and sides are sealed with proprietary Armor Clear Coat; highly damage resistant and more consistent play compared to water-based polyurethane
Design time for custom boards is charged at $30/hr for the 1st hour, then $50/hr thereafter
Perfect for kids or indoor (basement, hallway, garage) use where space is limited
4” custom bags are recommended; see below
Not recommended to be left outside; not waterproof
