ACL Approved Dimensions
¾" Waterproof PVC Tops, with 1/4” round over on top and bottom; 1/2” rounded radius on corners (to prevent bag damage)
¾” Waterproof PVC Side Frame Boards; approx. 3/4” inset from deck, with double parallel support braces (braces run the length of the board)
undermount hidden pocket hole construction, w/ glue
⅜” carriage bolts for legs (w/ nylon insert lock nuts)
Legs - triple layer of ¾” PVC w/ cross brace for added rigidity; foldable into frames; rubber feet to reduce “walking”
Fully custom designs available; direct print; not a vinyl wrap (this means that the deck can be refinished multiple times for many years of consistent playability)
Deck top sealed with proprietary Armor Clear Coat; highly damage resistant and more consistent play compared to water-based polyurethane
Design time for custom boards is charged at $30/hr for the 1st hour, then $50/hr thereafter
These boards can be left outside, because they are built using waterproof PVC, so water damage is not an issue.
